Shopping In Sydney
Where weβll shop in our personal styling session & why I love it
Why I love shopping in Sydney
With the best stores and options around for men and women of all budgets and tastes, Sydney is the place to shop!
In Sydney, there are plenty of great places to shop for quality clothing and fashion but Sydney CBD is by far my favourite place to take clients.
From big name department stores like David Jones and Myer that stock international and Australian brands to boutiques run by artisan shoemakers, tailors, designers and jewellery makers. The CBD houses options for all types of shoppers and with ease of proximity, shopping in Sydney's inner city is a no-brainer.
My top Sydney Shopping Locations:
The reason I love shopping in the CBD of Sydney City over any other Sydney shopping location is that youβve got the following centres all within a short walk of each other:
The Dymocks Building
World Square
The Chifley Tower
St James Arcade
The Piccadilly Centre
Westfield Pitt Street
The Queen Victoria Building
The Galleries
The Strand Arcade
The Mid-City Centre
Shopping Vintage?
There's no shortage of vintage stores in Sydney. Whether it's Surry Hill's, Newtown, Enmore or Marrickville. There's a variety of vintage stores around to suit many vintage clothing lovers. If you're shopping for something unique, or looking for a one off item, Alarna's extensive contacts in the vintage fashion arena can help you find it.

Can we shop somewhere else in our session?
When it comes to shopping in the city, nowhere is off-limits for my clients. Your shopping destination should depend on your unique needs. Other shopping destinations I offer to clients are:
Bondi Junction
Broadway, Glebe
Miranda Westfield
Wollongong Mall
Keep in mind that my client-only discounts and access to tailors are in Sydney CBD. I offer this destination to my clients not only for this reason, but the brands and stores in the city often have higher stock levels which limit the chance that a clothing size will be sold out.
If you donβt mind not being able to use my full range of store and brand discounts, tailor or cobbler, we can shop where you please.
βAs an English expat, I've found it almost impossible to shop - Alarna updated my wardrobe in one afternoon and introduced me to new brands.β
