Your wardrobe, no matter how big or small, is a space you use every day so it needs to be easy to navigate and filled with things you wear and feel great it. How does it work?

Prep.
When you make your booking, you’ll receive your Welcome Pack. This details all you need to know about each part of your package and what you need to do to prepare. You’ll complete an intake form, submit some images and book your Virtual Colour Analysis date, as well as your Wardrobe Makeover date.

Colour Analysis.
Our first step is your Colour Analysis. You’ll join me on Zoom to discuss your best colours and how they’ll fit into your wardrobe. You’ll learn what your colour type is and why they work for you, plus you’ll receive a digital swatch book of your best colours and a recorded copy of your colour analysis to refer to when you like.

Style Consultation.
The Style Consultation takes place at your home, just as your Wardrobe Makeover is starting. With your colours selected and prep complete, we’ll discuss the style you want to achieve. We talk everything from brands you like, stores you frequent and how I can make your dressing routine easier.

Cull & Declutter
Now it’s time to get into your wardrobe. We’ll go through what’s working and what’s not and I’ll walk you through my system for curating your wardrobe. We’ll make a list of what you’re missing and set aside unwanted items for donation.

Organise & Outfits
With a freshly culled wardrobe, it’s time to look at the ways your wardrobe is set up and organise it in a way you’ll find easy to use and maintain. We’ll use what’s left in your wardrobe to make outfits and save photos of them for your reference.

Your Shopping List & Guides
Complete your session with a personalised shopping list and know exactly where to go to buy your new pieces. Get my Style Guide, filled with expert advice on wardrobe care, organising and colour matching.
What about the clothing you don’t want?
The Fashion Industry has a huge impact on the environment and when there are so many people out there in need, Alarna recommends clients donate unused and pre-loved clothing to various charities that help clothe others and recycle what can’t be worn via programs that can turn your old clothing into anything from insulation to furniture.

The virtual colour analysis takes up to 1 hour and is booked over Zoom. The remaining of the package allows up to 6 hours Stylist time. We split this time between your home visit and creating your gaps list, as every wardrobe is different in size. Additional time is available for clients at $94p/h.
This package is split over two sessions; one virtual and one home visit, and is available for clients in Sydney and the Illawarra Region. For clients outside of this area, please see which suburbs and locations are included in our free-travel zone.

Why do you need a Personal Stylist?
Do you have a wardrobe full of clothes but always manage to wear the same old outfit? Are you struggling in the dating world and need a little help to show others that you’re ready for a relationship? Does your personal or professional image reflect who you want to be? Or, are you simply sick of the clothes you wear every day and want to try something new?
You might be tempted to remove your clothing from your wardrobe, without the help of a stylist - but you’d be missing out on the opportunity to work with what you have, perhaps alter existing garments and really get on top of your shopping habits before spending a single cent on restocking your space. I’m a highly trained fashion stylist with one thing in mind- you.
As my client you’ll not only learn about your body shape and colouring, and how to dress for it, but you’ll also walk away with a pre-planned shopping list full of items that will carry your wardrobe through multiple seasons. Don’t let your closet overwhelm you. I’ll take care of putting outfits together, organising your wardrobe and building your personal style into something you feel confident about.
FAQs
Does the Wardrobe Makeover package include shopping?
This package doesn’t include a shopping session with me. In this session I’ll provide you with a list of what to get, and exactly where to go to get it. If you would like to have me shop with you, we can upgrade your session to the Style Makeover package.
Do you organise my wardrobe too?
Yes, part of this session includes my help in organising your wardrobe. I’ll also recommend some additional storage products you may need to make the most use of your space.
Where is your free travel zone?
You can find a breakdown of my free travel zone here, and the costs involved if you’re outside of this area.
How long does the session take?
That depends on the size of your wardrobe, I usually find smaller wardrobes take under three hours and larger ones can take up to five hours. We need to leave time for your shopping list to be compiled, so any time not used in your home visit, will be spent on your shopping list.
Do you have different rates for different sized wardrobes?
No, I charge this fee for 7 hours work in total. If your wardrobe takes a small amount of time to declutter, we’ll likely have a long list of items to source for you which will take up your remaining time. If you have a larger wardrobe, you’ll likely have less to source.
What if we run out of time?
As soon as I realise we’ll need more time, I’ll let you know. You may decide to forgo organising your wardrobe and focus more on decluttering or putting looks together, or you may decide to book extra time. Extra time is charged at $94p/h.
